Terms & Conditions

1. General

Salsita Club is a private venue available for short-term rental for events such as private parties, corporate events, workshops, and other gatherings.

2. Booking Process

Bookings are initiated via form submission or direct contact
A booking is confirmed only after agreement on:
- Date and time
- Pricing
- Terms
We reserve the right to accept or decline booking requests

3. Pricing

Pricing is based on:

Evening Rental

4PM setup — 2AM
Up to 30 guests: CZK 35,000
Up to 60 guests: CZK 45,000
Up to 130 guests: CZK 55,000

Daytime Rental

From CZK 3,000 per hour

Promotional offers (e.g. discounts) are time-limited and subject to availability.

4. Payments

Payment terms are agreed individually per booking
A deposit may be required to secure the date
Full payment must be completed before the event unless agreed otherwise

5. Cancellations

Cancellation terms are agreed per booking
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing
Changes to bookings are subject to availability

6. Use of the Venue

The client agrees:

To use the venue responsibly
Not to exceed agreed guest capacity (max 130 guests)
To respect the space, equipment, and property

The client is responsible for:

Any damage caused during the event
Behavior of guests

7. Noise & Conduct

Events must comply with local regulations
Excessive noise or illegal activity is strictly prohibited
We reserve the right to terminate an event if necessary

8. Equipment & Facilities

The venue includes:

Bar, seating areas, games, piano
Sound system and projection screen
Air conditioning

Use of equipment must follow provided guidelines.

9. Third-Party Services

We may recommend partners (catering, DJs, etc.), but:

Agreements are made directly between client and provider
We are not responsible for third-party services

10. Liability

We are not liable for:

Personal injury unless caused by negligence
Loss or damage to personal belongings

11. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
